I don't know how must rant/detail I should post here but my wiper fluid motor is crapped out for the second time. The dealer fixed it once, it died again within weeks, the warranty lapsed, and now they want $1000 plus to fix it! I'm pissed because I tried to get it in again before the warranty expired but they always said they would need the vehicle for 10-14 days. Plus they aren't backing up the work they've already done.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to get it running again with out spending a fortune? They say its a BCMC Battery Junction Box failure. What the heck is that? Thanks for any info.

Getting ready to have my third wiper pump installed. The dealership is terrible to deal with on the install and takes forever to complete the work. Everyone you talk to has a different “story” for why the repair takes so long. Bottom line is the replacement is apparently a real pain and no tech wants to get saddled with this repair.

It takes maybe 20 minutes at most to swap the washer pump. Not difficult at all.

Thanks for the info. The dealership told me is was very difficult and they had to wait for a certain tech who was the only one could do it.

Sounds legit. Imagine all those other techs who dont have the technical acumen to handle it and are changing your oil.
