Do the window reset. This happened to me this morning.
roll down and push the button down for 6 seconds after it’s down. Then roll up and hold the up button for another 6 seconds after it’s up. Done.

I cannot tell you why.

Make sure you do it right after turning on the car. I tried to fix mine after it had already been running and it wouldn't acknowledge the reset procedure. Shut it off and back on again and it worked. I have to "fix" my rear passenger window at least every couple months. For whatever reason, that window is a problem child, but the reset procedure is so simple that it's not a big deal. Actually, that's the door the teachers open/close for my son for school. Not being used to such light, frameless doors - sometimes they slam the door 🤔 😡

Been there, done that.
I remembered there was a thread about it, looked it up and then took a screenshot to save it to my phone in case it ever happened again.
It did, one more time.

I think it's from holding the window buttons down too long after they were done, in my case because I wasn't paying attention.

Just had this issue for the first time yesterday. Maybe the software update had something to do with it? It took about 4 or 5 tries using the above procedure but it finally stopped rolling down quickly every time it hit the top

Hi Amanda! I can look into your Bronco's window concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

This is obviously a common/known issue. I'm scheduled to pick up a 25 Tundra next week ( trading in my 22 Big Bend) and one of the rear windows started doing this. I kinda' panicked, since I only have about 350 miles left on my warranty and not much time to get it fixed.

Dealer said they would need the vehicle for 24-48 hours to fix it and I scheduled an appointment. In the meantime, I found this thread and it corrected the issue.

In my case, it was difficult to do the "reset" since the window wouldn't stay in the up position. It helped to open the door, but it took several tries before I could get the window to stay in the up position.

Not sure if it's important, but I cycled off/on the key (without starting the vehicle) between each try. Probably took 10 attempts, so don't give up.

FYI... I've enjoyed the Bronco, but I'm looking forward to having a truck.

I hear you Rick... I DO have a trailer, but with a 3,500 lb towing capacity, the Bronco can't really pull much more than a utility trailer. My son and I have vehicles that we autocross, and even with the aluminum trailer, they exceed the Bronco's rating.

this is maddening. My 2024 Badlands just started doing this. Every time I roll the window up to hold the button for 3 seconds, the window quickly rolls down.

I had to look up proper procedure, I'd forgotten it.

Roll up. Now, hold down button, all the way down, hold 2 sec. Now hold up, all the way 2 sec. Repeat, all within 30 sec. Fixed my maddening problem....

Just take the top off and the window problem is gone.
