Window/Door Weather Stripping Falling Apart

2024 Badlands Sas. I'm taking it to the dealer next week to try and get this replaced under warranty but was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Is there a TSB for it?
It is basically just disintegrating and chunks are coming off. It extends the whole way along the top of the door not just at the ends. Truck has not been exposed to chemicals or anything like that that may cause this type of degradation.

mine is parked outside in the Carolina sun (late 2024 build) and I do not have that issue. just sharing. i would think our phoenix friends would chime in but if they aint seeing it then perhaps you got a bad rubber blend.
