Weather Stripping Defect?

It’s the bronco version of the crack Wrangler TJs get down the top center of the door panel. “oh, that’s normal, no worries”

Anyway, my Broncos passenger side has the seal bulge, driver side doesn’t. Go figure.

Agreed. This seems like a QA thing on a cheap part of the car. One would think this would be an automatic replacement. I have reached out to the Ford rep on here. Was pleasantly surprised to see that as this is my first post. Thank you to everyone who has been chiming in!

I will say that mine appear to be tucked underneath the plastic trim at the bend. Yours are not. You may just need to tuck the rubber under the plastic at the bend.

I also have them on both sides. Driver’s is worse. Neither leak nor whistle so I didn’t bother to do anything about it. Mine is a 2024.

I just checked both the driver and passenger side weather stripping on my 2024 Bronco Badlands and it looks fine.

My driver side has it. the passenger side did as well but I swear it fixed itself over time lol.
When I'm at a stop light, I'll poke at the driver side one from time to time, hah.

Does the dealership have other Bronco's in stock. If yes, go look if they have it.
If they do have it the dealership may balk (even harder). If none of the other dealership Bronco's have that you have ammo to kindly ask for replacement.
