2024 Wild trak with the painted shadow black top. Since purchasing, I’ve been noticing wind noise almost like whooshing coming from the passenger seat area at 40+ mph. Didn’t bother me much when daily driving but this weekend we took it out of town (about 3 hour drive) and the wind noise was a little obnoxious and noticeable especially at high speeds (70 mph+). Tried taking out and adjusting the panels but everything looks pretty normal as far as seals and gaskets. Also got rained on pretty bad few times and so far no leaks so do I just get used to it or is there anything that could be done?

Thanks for the recommendation! Out of curiosity, where did you apply it on your Bronco?
I put it on all the rubber around the windows and on the hard top. I usually put a quick application on whenever I have had the top off right before I put everything back on. Which is roughly once a month or so. Hope that helps.

I was thinking after I posted that I also put it on the rubber above the front windshield fairing. I have the attic box from m2m and that thing makes the seam whistle in cold weather at highway speeds. Just an fyi.

When I test drove my '25 Outerbanks, I made a comment about wind noise
to the salesman.
His response; " That's why your have surround sound, turn the radio up" !! 🎼😊

Haha yeah I usually have the music on when by myself but this time my fiancée was riding with me so I had the radio on low and I guess that’s when I really noticed it

I’m glad I’m not the only one. Seems like it might be a hard top issue but yeah I’m going to start trying few things here and there. I’ll report back if I figure it out

Had this when I purchased my 24 WT. My dad ordered his when everyone was waiting. it’s a 22 OBX. He found this out and it took care of mine. The top was misaligned from factory. If you pop off the front sections and the middle there is a bracket on both sides at the b pillar on top with 3 bolts. Loosen and adjust those. I left mine hand tight and sat the tops back on carefully pulled it off and torqued them down. No wind noise now. There is only room for minor adjustment but it’s enough to make a difference. Plus it’s easy and free to try.

Interesting that’s good to know. I’ll try it out tomorrow thank you!

Wanted to post an update/solution on the issue. After some trial and error, I decided to add T-Rex tape along the passenger side top area as well as across part of the weatherstripping that goes around the top and the wind noise is now completely gone! Attached couple of pictures for reference in case anyone is dealing with the same issue. One thing I am not sure about is whether the tape will damage the top long term but I guess we shall wait and see.
