Don't know that I'd really consider the Wildtrak the top of the line. It certainly has some of the most desirable packages standard and therefore the highest MSRP entry point. But it doesn't really offer anything unique like the Badlands does. That and a Badlands with the same equipment packages as a Wildtrak will likely be a $2-3k premium over it.

Ford still trying to determine what exactly the “unique WildTrak hood graphic” is...perhaps we should send them suggestions, mine being first and foremost a “delete” option if they go this route:

Do you prefer this one?

I'm guessing the special graphic is probably something like the black-out on the power bulge part of the hood.

The only official picture of the graphics I’ve seen is below.. The Wildtrak supposed to only have hood graphic, not sides. Would be nice to have option of white graphic instead of the dark grey/ black, or to opt out of the graphic all together.

Does anyone else find it odd that the highest Bronco trim level (available to reserve anyway) isn't the showcase Bronco that is being shown off all over the place?

Is there a chance that Ford is waiting until the last minute to drop what the Wildtrak really could be? Could it be the "Raptor" version that everyone wants to see?

Maybe the most recent photos are of a Wildtrak that is lurking behind the scenes, waiting for Ford to let it out of it's cage.

Probably not, but I cannot come up with any other reason the Wildtrak would exist otherwise. Surely Ford has something special, other than just sport mode, that has not been revealed yet about the Wildtrak... I can hope anyway.
you can make every trim a "wildtrak equivalent" by adding sasquatch and 2.7L v6.

you cannot make every trim a "badlands equivalent"

When you get right down to Badlands is really the highest trim level and most configurable of all the models. And that's the model that Ford is going to use to target Jeep's wrangler Rubicon.

Ford will have a tough decision to make when it comes to a Raptor Bronco model, is it a high end high powered desert runner like the F-150, or in the Bronco's case does it become a high end rock crawler or some combination of the 2. Most of the people on this forum that are asking for a raptor model are also wanting a badlands because, the badlands is geared more towards overloading and rock crawling, not high speed desert running.

I’m getting the Wildtrak. But, just wanted to say that this model doesn’t have anything the other models can’t get. Also if you trim up a Badlands to the Wildtrak, the Badlands costs more.
It does but not that much considering the armor SBD and other standards on the BL

To me this is like comparing a Lariat F-150 and a Platinum F-150. You can fully option a Lariat to be like a Platinum, but the options come standard with the Platinum.

We don’t know the options, materials, interior colors and such that may be included in the Wildtrak that are not with the Badlands, and vice versa. Similar to how they do with the F-150’s.

Just my thoughts.

The Bronco Badlands is equivalent to the Wrangler Rubicon and the Bronco Wildtrak is equivalent to the Wrangler Mojave. The Rubicon is the better seller and Ford obviously sees this. So that’s why they’re focusing more on their rock crawling trim opposed to the Baja trim.

Badlands is where it’s at. Not looking for an off-road race car.

creepy crawly is what the people want. At least that’s the most direct attack on the Wrangler.

Even though I'm getting one. I'm a bit confused about the Wildtrak as well. It looks to me like it's merely a "package deal" trim level where a lot of the options come standard (Auto, V6, Sasquatch) and it has some graphics on it.

I'm curious to see if that's actually the case, or if there's some other details regarding it that just haven't been revealed yet.

You realize the wildtrak is just a Bronco with 2.7 and squatch standard right? The base price is higher because it comes with all the options standard, like modular painted top. The badlands has a soft top, 2.3, and manual standard. There is nothing special about the wildtrak, except those stickers lmao.

All your seeing now is Franken-Broncos anyway. The two reveal vehicles everyone loves have golf cart motors in them. Have we even seen a 2.7 yet......

Wildtrak seems to have all the options that I want come standard, so I’m pretty excited about it! I don’t think there will be anything revolutionary that we learn about that will make the Wildtrak sufficiently unique from the other trims, and that’s fine with me. I’ll take my 2.7L and 35s to the mall (and maybe some trails) while everyone else is crawling over some rocks at 1 mph!

Highest trim I'd say is the First Edition. But also:

I'm a person... and I want the off-road racer. I'm actually looking forward to seeing the splits on sales of each trim.
