Who to believe?

Hey all,

1st post and new to Broncos but not off roading. I had a side by side but wanted something I could drive, rather than trailer, out West to offroad.

My local dealer had a 2025 loaded Badlands "in transit" so I bought it yesterday. They said it was already built and would be here between 4/16-22.

So with VIN and order# in hand I looked up the order status just now on the Ford site which was updated yeterday, 4/8. It says the Bronco is "In Production" with the next step being "Built", then "Shipped", then "Delivered".

I tend to believe the dealer but wondered what other's here think?

You'd need to have the dealer look up the VINView report.

The online pizza tracker doesn't always show the latest information, it can sometimes lag a bit.

Just semantics. It was probably a reservation for the in transit vehicle. Common practice.

Mine showed built about 2 weeks after I had already owned it

What is the blend date on the window sticker. That would give you the initial indication of how long ago it was assembled. Then if it has some post production options that are installed near the factory that can add time before it gets the status of built.

Thanks for that. My blend date is 320250407 so it looks like the tracker is correct.

It says 4/7 Scheduled Week Of..., then 4/8 In Production. It's probably finished and off the line by now and going through final checks. The dealer ship estimate of 4/16-22 is probably good.

Looks like you're not that far away either so I think that helps. I'm two hours from the assembly plant.

Well that was quick. On 4/10/25 the tracker said the Bronco was built and would be delivered between 4/13-19. Today 4/12/25 there was no ship date but it said the vehicle was delivered! My dealer confirmed that it was delivered today.

Mine was still in a waiting shipment for a week after I took delivery lol

Mine said built on 4/6, got a ship notification on 4/12, estimated delivery is 4/22-4/28 to Virginia.
