I could slap 37s on my non SAS black diamond now if I wanted to. I need a steering rack upgrade first though.

I did the 4WP coilovers and UCAs then put 35x10.5 Kenda Klevers on.

All in (no labor cost as I did the install) I have spent $2700. This includes the tires cost but I discount that as I needed new tires anyways.

Edit to above: A shop where you can hang around the work area while they work is ideal, so you can watch, and learn, understand how a heavier tierod is installed, and what it's virtues and drawbacks are. Dealers will never let you, "Insurance" they say, but really, they don't want you to know what they're doing.

Learn what you can do yourself. Start with the simple stuff: filters, oil changes, tire rotation, and go on from there. Lots of how-to videos to learn from. That first oil change will take you an hour and you'll spill oil. Your third, you'll be like Jiffy Lube and can do it in a white summer dress.

i consider 4wp/procomp coilovers the best “bang for the buck” lift/setup for 37s…

Aries,

I have a two door Black Diamond non-Sasquatch that I love. The upgrade I will be doing here in the next six months is the coil overs from a non-Sasquatch badlands. (Can find on the marketplace very reasonably priced.). From everything I’ve researched that’s one of the best upgrades we can do on a BD. . I’m not a 35 inch tire guy so I will be changing out my grabber 32s for wild Peak 33s. Just a FYI for you to consider.

By the post title you can see idk what I’m doing I have a 22 black diamond non sas and would like to ask you what to I need to get 37s on my bronco. I don’t want to go to a shop and ask and then not be able to afford it but I really would love for that to be a next purchase for my car. Also can you post estimates I am in the SoCal area so everything is more expensive lol thanks
You have a lot of good responses about the technical part. While I won't try to tell someone what they should or shouldn't do to their vehicle (but I still reserve the right to call out poor taste! 😆), I will say you should be aware of all of the consequences.

To do this right, you want to make sure other components of your vehicle are prepared to handle the weight and stress. (Read through the other comments.)
Your gas mileage will drop substantially. Like 20-25%.
Handling can be affected negatively if not carefully planned.
Tires this size tend to be focused more on off-road performance, but either way, they are big, heavy, and substantially more expensive to purchase and replace when they wear out.
Unless you are particularly strong, make sure you have AAA or similar coverage in case you need to change a flat. That wheel and tire combo will likely weigh more than 90 pounds, probably well over 100 pounds.

i have a set of sasquatch takeoffs i need to get out of my garage. Willing to let go for real cheap. All 4 coilovers and 5 wheels/tires but no TPMS. 4 used tires and 1 new tire. Not sure about tread depth but the tires probably have about 10k miles worth of tread left. came off my 2023 2.7L 4dr Badlands Sasquatch. PM me if you're interested. Located in SoCal as well.

While a 2" lift will allow you to fit 37s (with the right wheel offset), it will rub when off road as seen on this video:

.

If you are confident you will not off road your Bronco, this may work, but I would not recommend 37s on stock shocks with a spacer as the tires will be much heavier than the stock black shocks can handle. This will cause poor ride and premature wear as it will put your CVs at an extreme angle.

To do 37s correctly, you should lift 3"+ with an aftermarket shock, get a rear track bar relocation bracket, and get aftermarket upper control arms at a minimum. Your Black Diamond should have 4.46 gears, so acceleration should not be too sluggish, but it will still be noticeably slower than stock.

If the look is all you are after, I would consider 35" tires with a more budget friendly lift. Affordable, but well reviewed lifts include Bilstein 5100s, Bilstein 6112s, Icon 2.5 EXPs, and Eibach Pro-Truck 2.0s. The 5100s are the most affordable at around $600 and can be set between 1" and 3" of lift in half inch increments. If you keep the lift at 2" or less, you can get away with factory upper control arms, so I would expect install to be only cost about $1,000 plus the cost of the lift, wheels, and tires.

16.3 combined with a 2.7 and 4.7 ratio, I got 17.5 on stock 34s
