By the post title you can see idk what I’m doing I have a 22 black diamond non sas and would like to ask you what to I need to get 37s on my bronco. I don’t want to go to a shop and ask and then not be able to afford it but I really would love for that to be a next purchase for my car. Also can you post estimates I am in the SoCal area so everything is more expensive lol thanks

A good lift….keep in mind you will be adding a significant amount of weight to each corner so it would be advantageous to change out other components to the beefier side to avoid premature wear and stress from the added weight if the lift you choose doesn’t come with it. Steering, control arms…..not sure of your gearing but you will notice a bit slower throttle response as well as handling and braking will be different. Wheels and tires and lift and components and labor, I would guess you would be in the $7000-$10,000 range.

My gut feel says that this is WAY outside of OP's anticipated budget.

The crying emoji might like the 35’s compared to what you currently have!

you could go cheap for under $4k…3”+ spacer lfit (I got my Sasquatch takeoffs with zone 3” lift in a box if anyone wants to come get them for cheap), JKS kit, stabilizer bar relocation, Sasquatch takeoff wheels +spacers & off brand tires…of course it will handle like crap with the stock coilovers but lots of folks don’t seem to mind…party on!

Maybe a beefier off-road tread will give him the aesthetic he wants, and a bit more capability off road. Not everybody wants to do Poison Spider, but do want some confidence on Forest Service Roads and #3, #4 roads and trails.

@Aries91, keep reading these threads, you'll learn a lot, and poke around the members' marketplace, way down at the bottom of the threads, for sellers in your area. You might find tires and other stuff to scratch your Bronco upgrading itch!

Just as an example, here's what's currently being offered for sale (Memphis) on the other site:

Does the idk mean I do know, or I don't know what I'm doing? If it's the latter, I first would ask the reason that you need 37" tires. If it's because you just want the look, I would say sleep on it for a while. If it's because you want to run trails that require a 37" tire, I would think about a trade to a Badlands or Raptor. Function over form wins every time.

I don’t do trails it’s my daily driver to work and I’m a girl so that’s where the I don’t know what I’m doing to get that done. I was watching videos and was thinking of doing the suspension first then the wheels later on. But that suspension would be good without breaking the bank

Understood, if that's what you really want to do then go for it. 37's will affect everything from acceleration to handling though. You will typically get what you pay for so try not to cheap out. Good luck.

Think through what you know you want to do with your Base, but also consider that your interests and ambitions may grow. You may be out on a nice BLM unpaved way, then see an interesting side road or trail marked "High Clearance Only" and say to yourself, "Drats...." I'm doing much more than I planned to when I bought my Squatch.

The beauty of the Sasquatch is that Ford has integrated all the components, their ratios and capabilities, all that into a pretty package. It falls short for some purists, but it works for most of us. That's what you want to do. Take your base to two or three truck shops, get their recommendations, compare, then plan, budget...dream. Ideally, you'll find a shop which you can trust and work with long-term. Mine charges about $175/hr if I'm buying parts through them, about $200/hr if I bring my own. Also, I have a good relationship with a tech at my dealer, and pay him his overtime rate $75/hr to work on my truck on his own time. Good pay for him, and much cheaper than shop work.

Check out local Bronco, Jeep, Facebook, and other clubs and groups. Join and go out with them, see what their rigs are like, ask questions. And don't be afraid to ask, "I don't have high lift--can I manage this trail?"

I commend you for getting into this with honesty and realism.
