I found this loose in the engine compartment after an oil change. Anyone knows where it goes?

I believe it’s a filter that goes in the windshield washer fluid bottle. A lot of techs pull them out to fill the fluid faster.

I went to the dealership and checked under the hood of another 2.7 turbo bronco and it had a filter. I talked to the service manager and asked how in the world would the brake fluid filter be removed for an oil change. He didn’t know and I asked him to order me a new filter since this one was dirty and I didn’t want to put it back in.
