I’m looking at a dash protector and wondering what this sensor is on the dash? Up. Ear the windshield to the right or the USB ports if you have them. Also any idea is the placement is the same for non-lux vs lux?

This is an outlet for a charger cable so that you can have easy plug in for any accessories installed on the dashboard mounts.
