Has anyone else experienced this happening? Just got back from a two hour drive and found some water in the floor. Looked under the dash it looks like condensation dripping from the vent tube. It is humid as heck today and I have no roof on. My wife had her roof all the way down and no doors and not a drop. We drove both to a bronco show today. Any thoughts?

that happens when leaves etc. plug up the drain tube. I tried to find a picture of it, but no good views in my book. Usually you can get a long tipped blowgun to it, or hunk of coat hanger to free the leaves

Used to happen regularly on my LR3. I would disconnect tube under dash and run a length of string trimmer line through it. Easier from inside than trying to find the outlet under the vehicle.

I had a Corolla with this issue because sometimes a bubble would form in the drain line under the passenger footwell carpet, forcing the condensation to drain inside the vehicle. Maybe that's happening here?

I don't understand why there's confusion about where it's coming from, the picture clearly shows condensation forming on the duct work inside the cabin. It's just like running A/C in the house with exposed ductwork in a basement...humid air condenses on cold surfaces and it's going to drip somewhere. Welcome to summer..

Of course just odd one bronco would do it and one wouldn’t. Same drive both a/c running. Hers without Doors mine with doors. Both tops open and off. More than likely it’s just that humid cause it is rough out there.

The difference of the doors is enough to change the airflow such that condensation built up on your ducting and not the other vehicle's. It is clear from the picture that you are dealing with nothing other than normal condensation from the AC running.

I see where it’s coming from just never in 30 plus years of driving had it happen. My concern I guess was if the drain is backed up. And to just get it out there. If I had the regular carpet mats moisture would be soaking in that someone might not be aware of and possibly over the course of a summer grow mold or mildew smell.

Hi Ken! I can look into your Bronco's AC concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

It’s already heading back to the dealer Friday to get a new axle shaft since the front diff didn’t fix my issues. I’ll mention to them at the same time. Thanks!
