Auto and I’m a novice so I just did 3.73 open diff. Kinda kicking myself a little for it since I had the options for the others but I don’t plan to do heavy off roading the first couple years of having it.
You don't want to put 35's on with that gearing. You'd be way better off getting the Basesquatch, it gets you the gearing you want, a lift, the upgraded axles, that advanced 4x4, as well as lockers front/rear for not much more than what you're going to spend. And the Sas wheel/tires you sell, will get you about $800 over the BBs under the current market.

I’m currently waiting on my 4 Dr Big Bend non-sas and had a curious question if anyone can answer. I went ahead and ordered some rims, 35” tires and the RC 3.5” lift to install once it arrives. My question to anyone with a similar aftermarket set up is this… did you have any concerns about voiding your warranty with the aftermarket parts since you installed soon after the purchase? And how long did you wait before installing aftermarket lift and tires? I’m debating driving it stock anywhere from 1 week to 1 month before putting the parts on it. Any help is appreciated!
If you use a programming module/tuner to change tire size, rest speedometer and such make sure you don't leave it installed when you take it in for warranty work.

Ive taken lifted trucks back for warranty work and have never had a issue...warranty work wasn’t specific to anything suspension related though.

Is it to late to cancel/return the RC lift? If so I’d do that and go with zone/BDS. They offer extended powertrain coverage with certain lifts If your really worried about it.

If you mod anything you likely are responsible for anything related to it, not the manufacturer. But then again, lots of people spend their lives trying to find ways to commit warranty fraud, don't be that guy.

As a person who drove that exact setup eh.(I had it overnight while they did some work on my superduty) Didn’t do great on the freeway trying to hold speed.(would never shift out past 8th gear.) Pretty much if it wasn’t in sport mode it felt sluggish. I actually had a deposit on it (the wife loved it, I liked the looks but it lacked content) but had a chance to get a outer banks and snatched it up. Imo the 3.73 just isn’t enough gear for 35’s. Did it drive well handling wise yup, did it look Bad Azz heck yeah. If you do minimal freeway and want the looks go for it. This lift/wheels where dealers installed and he claimed they would stand behind it. A dealer really doesn’t have to prove anything they can just say it has a lift that may have caused an issue and bam! They no fix

Yeah personally I felt it was adequate. Coming from a TJ Wrangler, the 3.73 and 35s felt like a powerhouse lol. All about perception.

It 100% depends on your dealer. I spoke with mine before I took delivery. They told me they see mild to moderate mods on cars all the time and don't worry too much about it. He said as long as I didn't do anything "over the top"--he said engine/computer mods for example--it shouldn't be a big deal.

I've heard other dealers even go so far as to offer to put a tune on a buddy's F250 diesel and instruct him how to disconnect it when it needs service.

Was your TJ the 4 banger?
perception does have a lot to do with it. Stepping out of my 2017 F250 that has plenty of umpfh into the bronco may have skewed my view point.

adequate describes it well. Not exhilarating but will get the job done.

No it was a 4.0 with the 5 speed. SUCKED on the highway lol. I have an older CTS-V as well so I don't need the Bronco for any speed purposes

That’s true. Being a novice, like I said, I’ll probably be fine for now. May plan to re-gear after the first year or so but I’ve got a daily driver so this won’t be hitting the streets every single day anyways.
