Took the last two weeks of the year off to relax and take the Bronco out for some off road fun... after loading up and hitting the road within a mile the dash blew up with warnings(anti collision, 4x4, hill descent, parking brake, etc) and she went into limp mode and after getting back home the throttle pedal became unresponsive. I checked the forum and saw some other folks with similar symptoms and tried all the stuff that worked for them...to no avail, unfortunately I had to send it to the dealership. They haven't found the cause yet but they are seeing the truck is losing communication to every single module randomly. Hopefully Ford covers whatever it is under warranty, I'm only at 12k miles but it's a 21 model so my confidence is low. Only one more week of vacation left and I'm stranded at home 🙄.

Damn!! Please post when you get a resolution. I had my 2022 Wildtrak dash light up with a cascade of multiple warnings about 8 months ago. Turned it off, disconnected the battery and waited a few minutes and turned it back on. So far, no repeats but stories like yours scare me. I took it to Ford and they said they would have to charge me a diagnostic fee and if they found an issue that was warranty, they could cover it. If they didn't, I would still be out the diagnostic fee, and the service guy was pretty blunt. He said if the warnings weren't currently active, it was unlikely they would show up on the diagnostic since I had disconnected the batt. While I appreciate his honesty that I would be out the money with no likely cause, I am dubious since I do know these computers are sending info back to the Ford Mothership. These beasts have more electronics than I am comfortable with.

Thank you for posting this and I hope they cover it. I can't imagine they won't.....but.....

I tried resetting the system several times by disconnecting the battery and discharged the system. Changed the battery ( they're $250 BTW) because it wasn't really bad but it load tested slightly weak. The Bronco just kept getting worse. I've had some weird stuff happen like your experience a few times but it always went away so I just wrote it off as nuisance glitching and no big deal. I'll post back on what they find, I know I see these notifications pop up quite a bit in here.

Bumper to bumper is 3/36 and that covers pretty much anything. So I wouldn’t worry too much about your warranty coverage since you’d still be under that.

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.

I reached out to you last week prior to sending it to the dealership. It's still undergoing diagnostics but they're suspecting a bad wiring harness the last I spoke with them. Hoping to have a definitive answer today.

Update: the dealership found a bad ABS module. Won't have the module until next week. I'm only posting this issue for others that may have the same experience and for Ford's social media folks to track. I'm happy with my Bronco and it's been reliable other than some nuisance issues over the last 3 years.

Crazy how many Broncos have had electrical Gremlins traced back to the ABS module.... everything from the 4x4 not working, to the entire dash lighting up, etc.

I don't know what Ford did to F this up so bad, but wheel speed sensors and antilock brakes should not be shutting down vehicles... especially ones that were supposedly designed to go wild!

Yeah, it seems like a common problem. Every first production run of vehicles seem to have a few common problems and I expected a few with the Bronco. I'm surprised at how many problems people are having though. I'd thought the Bronco was based on the Ranger platform ( which I have a 2019 and it's excellent) but I find nearly no common parts between them and everything appears to be Bronco specific. So I think there are more problems than anyone, including Ford, anticipated...my Bronco is a 21 so let's go ahead and stack COVID, labor shortages and supply chain challenges in there as well...
