Not really, though it would make sense wouldn't it?Is there a way to get the upper dash usb port to run Android Auto?
I know you can I did it back in 2021 .I just switch the one from the console.I may have to try to do this and then write up a how to....
Bluetooth works and it also works wired. From my understanding you have to be plugged in to the vehicle to use Android Auto.....it doesn't work over Bluetooth
Sync tells you to plug in or your phone tells you to plug in?No need to do anything to the top usb port. You have wireless Android Auto and it auto-connects when you're not using the lower USB port.
That's just it my Android Auto won't connect through Bluetooth it tells me to plug in my phone.....is there a setting that I'm missing?
Sync tells me to plug in the phone for Android Auto
Mine works over Bluetooth, it also automagically turns on WiFi on the phone, must need more bandwidth...From my understanding you have to be plugged in to the vehicle to use Android Auto.....it doesn't work over Bluetooth
