Try to hit and hold both the power and "skip" button until the screen turns off and reboots. Try again after that. Like a "soft reset"!

I'm starting to get this - did a master reset and still got it afterwards - though nothing was connected.

Lights work on the USB ports, I will try the soft reset.

Is there a part number for the USB ports themselves? How do i replace this? any help appreciated.
