The point wasn’t about suing Ford, the point is that these are safety recalls. not aesthetic issues, and as a result, people can become injured because of Ford’s poor engineering, design or quality. They don’t have all the time in the world, and some of these issues have been out there for a while. I would imagine that if someone did get hurt as a result of these issues, then Ford could be held accountable because they knew about them and they didn’t fix them in a timely manner.
Once again, they’re following NTHSA guidelines. They notified customers of the issues within 60 days and are working on a remedy.

You can be unhappy that one isn’t available yet, but there is no strict or universally mandated time limit for manufacturers to release a repair after notifying customers of a safety recall.

Injuries from one or any of these recalls, which is highly unlikely to begin with, hasn't happened yet to my knowledge. So that point is moot.
