I miss the good old days of hoping the car and trim and equipment I wanted were available on a lot somewhere and that the dealer that had it was within driving distance or would agree to do a dealer transfer.

Just so we don't forget where we came from.

Actually that was just as annoying as this is. This may be more annoying. Fuck it this is worse my own attitude got the better of me.

I have done that many times and it was never that bad. I waited 2 days at the most and always got what I wanted.
This "new" way sucks. If everything went smooth it would be pretty fun and exciting to track your custom order through the plant and on it's way to the dealer via train or convey. But no explanation why it took 27 days from "In production" to Built and now almost 2 months waiting to ship is unacceptable!

Yeah. In general Ford products and service sucks. My Raptor build/design quality is shitty, and the Bronco's already have a bunch of problems. Never been to a Ford dealership and had a great experience either.

But Raptor and Bronco are the best choice in their category, so I deal with the negatives.

Well, now that it's clear its up to the truck drivers where they go and what gets delivered based on their wants and needs it shows how bad the system is broken........

wife called the dealer today and they said it would be arriving November 8th

Me being all excited and pessimistic contacted ford chat, they said ETA November 2nd - November 8th. Unfortunately, I think my dealer told me the “eta” because online, ford chat, and the tracking app all show awaiting for shipment. I don’t know who to trust but it sounds like the dealership gave my wife the ETA even though it hasn’t shipped.

awaiting shipment for 46 days now :/ My buddy ordered his 7 months after I did, and his arrived 6 months ago. Thanks ford!

Not sure, but have heard there is one other that has waited longer than me........at least so reported. I am at day 74 since built.......and "Awaiting Shipment." From the data I have tracked during my epic fucking journey, nobody should even be on an "OH, THE SKY IS FALLING" list until they pass the 4 week mark from getting built mark. Stats show consistently most people get their vehicle in about 4 weeks or less. Staring at maybe 3 months now.....well, that is fucking horseshit.

It's not on the spreadsheet here, but I believe there's a person I've seen recently that had a built date in April that is still waiting. Unreal.

Thought I’d start this considering I’ve seen broncos from multiple build weeks in this status for long periods of time. Tell us how long you’ve been in this status. If you waited a while but did finally take delivery, tell us how long you were in this status. Im on day 16+ awaiting shipping


@ Ford Motor Company you have got to look into these shipping delays. My Bronco was built on August 22nd and no one seems to know where it is located. This isn't a new start up company like RIVIAN this is FORD MOTOR COMPANY the industrial leader in America for the past 100 years......come on FORD!

Like many of you as each day passes the excitement dissipates more and more. Some days I feel like just going to a Toyota dealer and getting a 4 Runner TRD. I’m hoping a month from now I can look back and say it was worth it!

Got another worthless update on the Ford.Com tracker. Now showing 11/8 - 11/14 but still not shipped so it means nothing. That will get me past 2 months since build date and 3 months since my Blend date. Oh JOY!

I'll join in here too. Love that there is another spreadsheet! I was blended on 9/28 and completely shortly after. Now awaiting rail to NJ. Per a call to Ford yesterday, they quoted "trucking/driver shortages" as a main drover.
I know my wait time thus far is relatively short as compared to others. I'll go back to practicing my patience (I've had enough time to work on that already!)

We all need to tweet, email,post on reddit, contact a news outlet that will run a story, anything to make noise. If there are this many of us there has to be atleast 10-20× more affectedthat are not even aware there is an issue.
