If you would have told me that a month after the Bronco was built I still would not have it I would have probably believed you. Now if you told me that after a month it still hadn't shipped I would have though you were insane.

Are you Convoy because if so that makes more sense in that scenario. With the Rail shipments it should makes zero difference where your end dealer is because there are only so many hubs and they will typically be ones that get driven through to get to other more populated areas. My hub is in Covington that services all of Atlanta so there is no way there is a lack of vehicles heading here. The best part is watching others built after you get delivered.
Ordering from a small dealer that actually cares about their customer was the biggest mistake I made with this ordeal.
1st they get crap allocations and then since they don't have 10 broncos delivered every week, they don't get shipments because the shipping company picks and chooses where they want to go.
You would think the largest manufacturer of cars would have more control of their shipping company's, if they don't want to make the deliveries then find alternative solution, I guarantee 95% or more of us in this thread would go to Michigan to pick the car up, my salesman even said if he was allowed he would drive me to go get it.
Yeah only positive is that once it ships it'll be there quick. Once I ship I have a week plus to get to the rail yard then have to go through the same process as the convoy folks for it to get to the dealer. Definitely still a blessing.Yup I am Convoy, dealer is 201 miles from MAP east of Cleveland, thought being Convoy was a blessing in disguise but that's not the case
So that they can defer any wrong doing on to another party. From my dealer VIN VIEW tracker
Note last entry… why??

I am guessing it has something to do with how they are arranging the Broncos for shipment. Ours were probably sent to the holding yard in between trains and put in the back of the line and the front of the line keeps getting replenished faster than they can deplete the backup before the train is full.Yeah I thought the rail strike was diverted? So why is it people waiting for trains seem to be sitting on ramps?
That is my speculation as well. As long as trains are full they do not care and we have no way to notify them or verify because their customer relations center is totally disconnected from the process.I am guessing it has something to do with how they are arranging the Broncos for shipment. Rinse wash and repeat for every train that has come since build day.
Just really poor stock management. Ford probably doesn't even realize there is a problem because they are seeing full trains leave so they could care less.
Just to be clear this is completely speculative.
I am at a large dealer in Dallas and am not getting shipped either...The best part is watching others built after you get delivered.

Added a column to report "ACTUAL SHIP DATE"............. AWAITING SHIPMENT SPREADSHEET LINK@choppersean can our Awaiting Shipping Spreadsheet get a column for "actual ship date" so we can see the people who get to the next step before delivery? Might be helpful to repost the link too since it's buried several pages back. Thanks!
You’re awesome!!Added a column to report "ACTUAL SHIP DATE"............. AWAITING SHIPMENT SPREADSHEET LINK
Yeah. My Dealer said (I know, drink....I've been doing a lot of that lately) he requested an update from the Ford field rep at the end of SEPTEMBER......which produced no update at all....Just stay in touch with your dealer, love how that is always the answer from anyone at Ford.....They cant do crap
Yup and there is no way to escalate it, Ford and shipper both say to contact dealer, Dealer doesn’t know anymore then we do
