Turning Radius new wheels/tires

I’m thinking of replacing the Sasquatch wheels with new ones. I’m planning on sticking with the same size tire.
I don’t want my turning radius to change much. What affects this, offset?

Any changes to the tire or wheel can effect handling, however you are correct, the offset is what is going to make the largest difference regarding turning radius however it would not be a hugely noticeable change especially if you stick close to stock specs.
