I bought the same size rims as you and also toiled with choosing the right tires on my Big Bend (Non-sasquach). I did not want to remove the crash bars or modify the speedo. So I went with MIckey Thomson Baja Legend AT. I chose to keep the same rolling diameter as stock. It is within a small fraction of an inch off. The 0 offset really does stick out a lot. Ford must have a large negative offset? 3" past my small fender flairs with the 265/70-17 installed. I have been very happy with the tires. They are actually not much loader than stock on highways. I have not yet taken them off-road.

Stock offset for the OBX wheels is +55, so yea, I’m ready for them to stick out a few inches!
