Has anyone experienced Trouble Code: P0985 - Shift Solenoid E Control Circuit Low? Late 2023 Wildtrack. The fault occurred when I was pulling into my driveway. The vehicle came to a complete stop when I was turning into the driveway and then recovered slightly and slowly drove into the driveway. Got a "Service Soon" w/wrench illuminated and "low power mode" message. Tried it again a couple of hours later, same problem. I later had it towed to the dealer but I was able to drive it onto the flatbed truck with no issues and the "service engine soon" and wrench icon were gone. I'm afraid the problem is intermittent and dealer is going to send it back with no fault found. So I am looking for other people's experiences with this issue.

This DTC sets when the E clutch shift solenoid circuit is shorted to ground.
Since it's likely a wiring issue to the solenoid, it probably will be intermittent, but they should hopefully still be able to find something.
Not a common issue either way.

Update: The transmission fault occurred yesterday afternoon. After calling several dealerships who said it would take a month or more for an appointment to get my vehicle looked at, I found a dealer who could look at it the next morning, so I ordered a tow via the Ford Pass App. Tow truck picked it up and dropped it off at the dealer the same evening. This morning the dealer called and said they are going to replace the transmission wire harness and that they had submitted an emergency order for the harness which would arrive within 3-5 days. They also offered me a loaner vehicle. This afternoon I got a call from Ford wanting to make sure that I was satisfied with the dealership response to my issue.

The reason I am posting this is because I've read so many dealership horror stories on this forum that I wanted to highlight a responsive dealership. Kendall Ford in Marysville, WA.
