I was thinking we could but the trailer ball on the helmet? This photo inspired me to think outside the box.

Yes, yes! The Bronco roll bar is like super duper Boron steel or something. Slap a fifth wheel up there and leave the Bronco's anemic tow rating behind you! Tricky is the perfect guinea pig. I'd drive to Moab to see the B2 and F350 on that gooseneck.

Finally got the from camera pulled today and put the grill back then locked down the winch. Waiting on a camera extension and wire loom to come in then I'll get the wires all hooked up.

Found this $10 winch cover and threw it on. Nothing special but it'll keep some weather off it.

I learned something about beadlocks today. The reason I went through hell getting them torqued was I never got metal to metal contact. These tire beads are too thick. The answer is ring spacers, which of course are custom.

Did some figuring, plotted them out in CAD (which I'm really getting the hang of) and submitted the file to the manufacturer I've been working with on other brackets.

Trying some 1/8" thick for $300, hopefully that's enough because the step up to 3/16" is $400.

Interested in the ring spacer outcome. I plan on running beadlock rings on my Sasquatch wheels as well. Finally sold my "37" TSL SX2's and selling my Goodyear Territory's currently. Ordering 38.5 Boggers soon. I'm not sure if the Boggers have a crazy thick bead like the TSL SX'2 does, those are a different animal.

They might be thick, you wont know until you have them. @Bikeric found a company selling spacers much cheaper but the specs aren't published, waiting for more info on that.

My baby 37s ballooned to a true 37 on the Sasquatch wheels. A little round on the tread though.

They should arrive on Saturday via FedEx per shipment email. I've got a set of SAS wheels ready to lay these spacers down on to check the bolt holes line up.

🤞

True, I do not recall them being thick in the past. The TSL SX2's are a crazy thick tire, Yuge rubber and Heavy as Hell. I am new to the whole beadlock thing, I have always wanted to run them. I have not ordered my beadlock rings yet either, I plan on using my Ford pass points. @Bikeric found a beadlock ring company to work with the Sasquatch wheels, instead of the Ford Performance or beadlock ring spacer company to work with thick beads?

Not exactly. I found a wheel company that sells beadlock spacers individually. They also sell beadlock rings individually, but they cost more than the Ford Performance set of 5 (which I already have) and I would not want to "fit test" those. The spacers I purchased are just shims, really, that will allow the beadlock ring to hit the "backstop" and help the bolts to finally reach torque spec.

Awesome! Thanks for the response. I hope it works out. Keep us posted.

Base wheels on and scissor jack deleted.

So you put in a bottle jack, yet your spare tire doesn't appear to match your other 4 tires.

Seems like one is useless without the other.

Kind of like Nickleback.

Look at this photograph, every time I do it makes me laugh...

I'm trying to find something the same size that isn't directional and I don't think anything exists.

IDK why it looks like that, camera angle I guess. This pic is of the same lift a few days earlier.
