I ordered a set of handles and a rotopax mount. There are no install instructions (rotopax has generic instructions)

The handles came with 4 bolts total for both handles. 2 per side.
With 2 bolts, there is a decent amount of flex on the handle when weight is applied.

Is the handle supposed to mount to the crossbar bolts? Then two bolts to the other side?

Also, i can only get the rotopax mount to line up with one row of slots. So it can only be mounted by 2 bolts. Anyone have suggestions?

You don’t need to use the rotopax round plates. Just the 2 bolts. Much cleaner looking too.

can you just buy this or do you have to buy the whole setup and only use the 2bolts?

All the rotopax mount kits I’ve seen come with the extra plates.
