Hey guys. I just started messing with my trail turn assist. There is a word sound that comes from the steer tires. Is this normal? Only happens with trail turn assist on and when turning.

Crazy to think anyone would attempt to use this feature on pavement. It’s noisy. Use only on very loose ground. Think of shuffling your feet on pavement or a loose gravel/sand road. Which one would allow a tire to slide easily?
Trail turn assist makes a number of odd noises I hadn’t heard before. As others have said, unless you like tempting fate, use it only on sand, snow, etc. Never on hard surfaces. Although it’s a cool feature and has it’s place, I don’t use it much.Hey guys. I just started messing with my trail turn assist. There is a word sound that comes from the steer tires. Is this normal? ...and the trail.Only use it in the snow or a soft surface....or you will damage your bronco
I also have a Tremor and a Bronco, and have used trail turn assist on both. Only on loose dirt and off-road. It works great on both. The key to success is to keep the turn in and keep the throttle in. It disengages when you flatten the turn or come off the skinny peddle. Don't be afraid to use it in the Bronco or the Tremor.I haven't messed with ours, either on the Bronco or the Tremor. But I would suggest that unless you're on VERY loose ground, I would avoid using it...and definitely don't have the rear axle locked.
