Torque specs for bumper plate on Capable bumper?

I’m in the process of installing the new IAG mini bull bar for the Capable bumper. I’m trying to see if there are specific torque specs available for the eight (four per side) 13mm bolts that hold the bumper plate to the bumper. I’ve found the specs for the six 15mm bolts that hold the bumper to the vehicle, but not these. Before I just guess, I wanted to check here to see if anyone knew. Attached is a pic of the bolts I’m referring to.
