This all boils down to the principle that it is February of 2021, people have submitted orders, and Ford continues to make changes, or different reps have conflicting information.

It’s unbelievable the immense mess of people not knowing what is or isn’t late availability, or what won’t be available period.

On top of the fact that they’re showcasing models that are Frankenstein trims mixed together.

Take the OBX Carbon Gray Sasquatch pics that were posted. The dash is gray but the B&P shows a roast dash. Which is it?

If Ford Marketing is listening, please get your stuff together and clean up the website to accurately display colors, trim options, finishes, and CONFIRMED aftermarket accessories available . Jesus...

We saw one vehicle with the mismatched dash but in both directions. The one swap is the wrong one. Sorry. I hate the bronze dash too but that's what my21 brings. I'm almost percent sure that 22 will have a bunch of interior color fixes

To be fair though, no idea why BN/ford doesn't have clear, concise, organized pictures of each interior per model.

Welcome to PRE-PRODUCTION vehicles. Reason they are tested and changed before they are sold to the public. I mean they could always hide everything and put people in the dark until everything is finalized and then let people decide, but then people would be botching about that just like they are now.

Not really getting the angst. Ten minutes with the order guide looking at the trim you want, and there should be really little ambiguity. We know B&P is buggy, and we mostly called out the bugs the night it was released.

And dealers know nothing - surprise! I don’t recall a single car buying transaction where dealers knew as much as I did. At this point my wife asks the salesman a question and he looks at me.

Unless they come out with at least 2022 colors before the Frist week of March, I am ordering the best 2021 proximation of what I want. If that gets held to 2022, It is what it is. If I get a 2021, I’ll figure out the white top later.

Ford said the 200 accessories are something you can add after ordering. Most of my accessorizing will be post delivery anyway, because then you can take advantage of the lower cost aftermarket.

Ford is using covid for everything it’s worth. This roll out would have been a shit show without covid. It’s FORD.

Using the source of something which has affected global manufacturing across all makes the world over seems viable, IMHO.
