Too much toe in, get an alignment.
If it was only toe in he should have noticed it handling like a Wrangler death wobble (or maybe he used to drive a Wrangler so didn't motice)

I always get an alignment in a shop that offer it with a 1 year or six month warranty for this reason.
I have the alignment re-checked 2 or 3 months later to give things a chance to settle in. Especially after doing suspension work or related mods.

Hoping there is someone who can provide me with some insight on my tire tread wear issues. I am upgrading to new tires but need some insight on my old ones so i don't end up in the same place with the new tires.

My original Goodyear 35" tires that came on my 2021 Badlands have worn unevenly and I am looking for some answers as to why. As you can see in the photo the wear is heavy on one side, that side being the inside of the tread on my front driver's side tire. The passenger side has the same issues, but just not as bad. I rotated them with my oil changes, and I know the original tires are on the soft side, but I am trying to understand if some of the upgrades I did caused this uneven wear.

I've had my Bronco since Nov 2021 the upgrades that I think may contribute to this are (1) a Zone 3" lift, done in 2021, and then in the beginning of 2023 I added a winch onto the front bumper. My initial thought was that the weight of the winch was pulling the front end down just enough to give the wheels a negative camber.

Going into my next set of tires, which will be 37" KM3's I want to be sure I am not recreating the same issue. Appreciate any insight!

The stock UCAs are good. But 3” lift above SAS maybe too much for them to handle. Might not be able to get back within specs.

Yeah, no death wobble and it never seemed to have a pull either… also had JKS heavy duty tirerod sleeves put on, that could be where my adjustments got out of whack as well

I’d say your initial thought is correct. Winch weight lowered front ride height, increased negative camber which also changed your toe.

Many factors involved in a good frontend alignment, not just the obvious 3. A good alignment takes time and knowledge and most are in it for the money. Do your homework. Another + for portals. Jim.

100% agreed @fourdayoff my mistake was assuming it was done right. My lift and tierod sleeves were probono by a reputable business but still probono… so lesson learned. Glad it was just some tires 😀
