I haven't read any of the responses on this, but I'll post my solution to this.

Your time and solution must be so much more valuable than anyone that might have wasted their time already responding.

A lot like ending any response with: "enough said".

It should be noted that Ford’s patent on the keyless door pad entry expired. Used to be standard on mid tier and above vehicles. It no longer is. The one on our 21 OuterBanks is a far cry from what I’ve had on previous F-150’s.
