Attached video of the noise.

Have always found it very loud, but recently if I'm on the highway driving 80mph, it makes this sound that sounds like a motorcycle or something. I don't think this is normal, anything I can adjust to stop it?

Reach up and grab the long center bar when you hear the noise. If it stops then you can open the Velcro and add some foam to tighten it up.

If I push the top while driving, it goes away

Adding a small piece of pipe insulation to the cross bar helped a bit with the flapping and overall noise.

buy some 1/2" pipe insulation and put a full length piece
cut to about a 30 degree sector between the bow rod
and the fabric top then wrap the velcro section tight.

i also replaced the 5.5 mm hard plastic washers with rubber ones about
3 mm thick. that allowed the rear edge of the SunRider to make
eliminate the gap between it and the middle panel.

lastly, i was getting a bit of fabric slap between the sunrider and the
bits above the driver's left shoulder and the passenger's right shoulder.

two lengths of pipe insulation (with a slit cut to accommodate the vertical metal piece) at those locations eliminated that noise.
