I hand washed my Bronco about 2 days ago and these were not there. I saw two cracks on my drivers side rear fender flare this morning. Has anyone had this happen or know anything about? They are hard to see in the pics. They are definitely cracks and not scratches.

To me it looks like a physical scratch rather than a crack but if you’re 100% it’s a crack then it might’ve been a bad reaction to cleaning materials

1st the tops, now fender flares, next? I wish Ford would have invested $$$$ in products instead of EVs..

Scratches to me? Try some running compound see if it gets rid of them.

Like others have said, my vote is super visual. I'd try buffing it out or if you don't feel comfortable doing that, take it to a detail shop and they should be able to for a fairly reasonable price.

Ok guys, Im a dumbass. When I found it, I rubbed my finger across it and then my fingernail. It was raised and that is why I thought it was a crack and not a scratch. I was leaving when I saw it and I just got back home and looked closer. It is some kind of tar or something. Thank goodness. Sorry for the stupid post.
