Might add something about Ford Performance parts availability, I have to drive about two hours, one way, to get to a Ford dealer who accepts delivery and will install if needed Ford parts.
That's a great point, Thanks!

Hi, I'm a systems analyst as well as an interface designer so it struck me as odd the way you partitioned/grouped the options for the first question about Bronco model year. Why not list each year on its own? (Aside from it not looking inconsistent, it would provide you a richer data set when it comes to filtering/sorting on that criteria) And PS, 2026 is missing...
That is a great point, and I am glad you called that out. I did not have any specific reasoning for wording it that way. I followed a template and did not think much about it initially. I am building a second version of the survey with updated questions, and I have included your suggestions. If you have any other suggestions for gathering statistical data for such a broad topic as this, that would be awesome! Thanks!

Hey! I am a student conducting a design project centered on the Ford Bronco. I have built a survey around after-market parts, and I would greatly appreciate anyone who can fill it out. The entire test consists of 10 questions and should take approximately 2 minutes to complete. Your insight will really help bring my project to life! Thanks!

Aftermarket Research Survey
Thanks to everyone who has helped so far! I just uploaded a revised version that is more consistent and relevant to the suggestions other members have provided.

You are not going to get FORD to warranty a product someone else is manufacturing as a dealer sold add on... Any warrantee on those parts is by the part manufacturer... Ford often requires them to offer their own warrantee before Ford will offer the part through their resale efforts.
Yep, even back during WWII when Ford was building Jeeps they marked all their parts with an" F" to avoid having to honor warranty issues with other manufactures during the war effort.

I'll check out the survey when I get home tonight. 🤠

I'll openly share a couple of my responses:

Q. What is at least one aftermarket part you wish was more readily available for the Ford Bronco?

A. Something that would delete the wheel sensors from the CANBUS that cause the lockers to stop working if there is too much of a wheel speed delta or if the sensor gets clogged or outright fail.

Q. Is warranty something you consider when buying aftermarket parts?

A. Not really, but quality and proven brands is something I highly consider. No fly by night bandwagon companies racing to cash in on the latest "It vehicle" that we saw so much of with the Bronco early on. No shortage of shoddy products & shoddy companies out there. 🤠

Some of your listed frequently bought aftermarket parts tend to be one time purchases. There are definitely people on here who have bought multiple suspension systems, but for most of us that suspension will stay on for years. It makes up a significant part of the budget, but is essentially a one-time purchase.
