I bought a new bronco in June and have received several surveys since then, but one in particular was interesting. It had a lot of questions related to the roof and the doors. The questions got very detailed as to if I removed the roof panels at all, and if I did, which ones and how often did I remove them. They asked the same questions about the doors. They then wanted to know my opinion on the possibility of there being a lower cost bronco that had a non-removable roof and doors and if that’s something I would consider buying.
Obviously, Ford is tossing around the idea of a budget bronco that would eliminate removable doors and roof panels. I wouldn’t be interested myself since I really like being able to remove the roof panels and I do it all the time. I could live without the removable doors, particularly if that meant being able to put speakers in them and really improve the sound system. Thoughts??
