Ugh hope it works out - Forscan can do it but you may have to improvise on the instructions

My 22 Bronco was in the same situation after I had this wild haired idea to play around with Forscan. Nothing in the thread worked, and I spent several hours at it. Man I though I was screwed. What's the dealer going to charge to fix it? $300, $1000? Especially if I tell them I effed it up with Forscan. Finally, in a last ditch effort this is what worked for me:

Re-calibrate the E-Brake: Press and hold the brake pedal. Push and hold the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) switch down for 5 seconds, then pull and hold it up for 5 seconds. Repeat this 2-3 times to manually command the module to re-learn its position.

Note: I had "Parking Brake Fault" and DTC code ABS 2005 when it was in the bad mode. Everything is okay now and the DTCs are cleared.

One thing is for sure, the only thing I'm using Foreskin for in the future is reading codes. Who would have thought running "Apply Elecronic Parking Brake" would screw everyting up.
