Brake Service Mode Not Activating

Hello, has anyone else had trouble putting their Bronco into brake service/maintenance mode?

I followed the procedure provided by another member of this group but no matter what I did I could not get it into brake service mode.

Is there some trick I am missing? I know on my Ski Doo snowmobile if the odometer is not on a certain setting the computer will not allow it to go into summerization mode.

A quick update.

So I have been going back and forth with my dealer on this and am being told Ford knows there is an issue but they do not know how to solve it.

Has anyone had this happen and there dealer was able to fix it?
