Recently blew my 2.0 rack. 22 bad lands. Installed a bb 3.0 pre programmed for plug and play. Which worked when plugged in.

all controls on the steering wheel are dead now. horn still works, no lights on dash, still drives fine. (Left right bank codes)

Would this fall under a fdrs module update or should I be looking into something else? And if module related which specific one should I be going after. Have procal, forscan, and fdrs.

I made no changes to anything when I swapped the rack computer wise.

Any help would be much appreciated

thanks.

The guru for stage 3 steering upgrade is @BigMeatsBronco?

Just wondering, how did the 2 rack go out?
Messed it up on drummond island. Felt like I chipped a tooth and started getting louder over the next 2 months. Was gonna wait til
Fall to replace but failed before that. Full lock up centered. Had to beat the wheels to break it loose to drive home.

short answer is I turned the wheel to hard when it didn’t want to turn.

You need a new clock spring, you broke the ribbon strip that the buttons work off. $120 and you get to pull the airbag!

Hit flip up as there are 2-4 different option based on what the steering wheel switches. It's a generic part that fits 2-3 ford vehicles.
How’s the install in that one? Pretty straight forward?

@Snacktime

33 minutes. Fixed it.

We ever meet up I’ll take you for a ride and show you what. 4.5 second 0-60 is like in a 500 horse 2 door.

Lol, I am always down for some stupidity! Glad you didn't waste your time like I did thinking it was something inside the steering rack.
