They finally reached out to Ford after the 6th time now. They are saying it’s the ECM. It’s on backorder and they don’t know when they will get one. They say it’s safe to drive like this so I’m going to just drive it like it is until they get a new ECM.

Thanks for the update. Stupid issue to have, but at least they have solved the problem...

Hopefully.

Did the new ECM (CHCM) work for you? Mine was replaced and worked for a couple days and then error again. I really think my problem is the wiring harness.

Most Jeep guys remove their electric sway bar disconnect on their Rubicon's after a few years and go manual. This is why.
Just disconnect it and wire it to an aux switch.

So the good news is I made it to 32,000 miles before getting the dreaded Sta-Bar error. It’s now at the dealership for the 2nd time in 3 weeks. Anyone have an update to what the dealer should be doing to fix it correctly?? THX

Add me to the list. Just got the Badlands back after the Bilstein Shock failure, that took 2 weeks to get a part in and fixed. Now the sta-bar disconnect fault pops on. Bronco is also hard to shift from park to drive, like super clunky and requires some good effort. 33K miles, and getting pretty worried about gremlins and what is gonna break down after factory warranty is up. Is the Sta-Bar part of the 5yr drivetrain warranty? I don't think it is, but since its connected to the drivetrain, I figured I would ask. I do have an extended warranty, it is just a pain to keep taking this thing back and forth to the dealership due to reliability issues. Stinks.

No.
But depending on your ESP package, it is likely covered by that.
thanks as always Ducati, you always seem to respond to my posts and I appreciate it.

I have this same issue. Sta-bar changed twice and chassis control module changed without a fix. Dealership is doing a wiring overlay and thinks it will fix it. It’s been at the dealership for 7 weeks, only has 5500 miles on it.
