I can’t say enough good things about John Trischler at Specialty Performance Parts @SPVPARTS. Super knowledgable and helped me design harnesses for my 24 Bronco Wildtrak Aux stuff.

Some background I did 25 years in hybrid fiber coax and cell tower wiring and have always been OCD about wiring. Automotive wiring lives in a harsh, abusive environment. Extreme heat and cold, chemicals, corrosion and constant vibration are a recipe for disaster if you don’t take precautions. The wiring kits that come with most lights, EVEN THE NAME BRANDS is marginal AT BEST. I urge you to poke around his youtube channel SPV Performance parts look at his videos where he tests the harnesses of various lights with heat and open flame vs his harnesses. The results are eye opening. Inferior wiring is a quick way to burn a vehicle to the ground.
The beauty of his wiring kits is total plug n play. Change configurations, light brands etc is a simple easy adapter lets you change things without cutting wires.

I've bookmarked a few of their threads and have liked what I saw. The bold statement above is true. When you get a quality harness, then you start to question the other vendors supplied harness. I'm at the point where I would like to redo some of my wiring, but also redo the AUX wire pigtails. It's getting to be a mess.

Thanks for the recommendation.

I completely agree with this. I used this kit to clean up my existing connections when I swapped a bunch of lighting out. I wish there were some blanks you could clip in if for some reason you disconnect a device. I'm sure they exist I just haven't looked. At some point I need to disconnect everything and reroute cleanly and ziptie it all neat but hey, its cosmetic so I really don't care as long as nothing is rubbing.

I purchased my lights and all wiring from SPV, John is top notch on everything. Heck I just spent another grand on lights and harnesses for a Ford Bronco Raptor that I have not even bought yet. Black Friday deals…

Black Stallion - right there with you. John took a considerable amount of time discussing various lights and brands. For this rig I chose all BD. 3 pairs of Squadronds for the bumper, LP4s for A pillar and a pair of DD C1R for the rear. All the harnesses etc to plug n play

As stated before. These are all great comments.
We do try to put quality above profits. I think, that mentality is getting lost these days. Most companies think about maximizing profits first and then work the product around that. We think quality first, then figure out how to make it affordable.

I thought I would just throw out here that we have introduced several more new components since this original post to the harness system.

We just added a new plug in Diode adapter.
A really simple plug in that goes between any harness to disallow backflow of power.
some application are where you plug into certain components with power from 2 sources and don’t want power to flow backwards.

We already include those in our tail light adapters, but now. Without tools. You can add them plug n play to anything.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.com/products/add-on-one-way-diode-adapter-spv-harness-system

We also released new splitters, crossover splitters and several other components. I’ll try to make a post on everything soon.

With such kind words and a great introduction.

I thought I would throw out some new harness options we have now... To make things even easier!

So we just came out with a new DOUBLE A-Pillar harness. So if you want 2 A-Pillar pairs on 2 separate switches. You can get just ONE harness to do it.

Also we are producing our newest harnesses and as we move forward with our new "fiberglass nano tube loom". Which is a high temp, strong, protective material (not the cheap poly mesh bundle stuff you see on other harnesses) It is slimmer, more protective and less bulky.
Always innovate... that's what we do. Improve improve improve.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...s-system-works-with-many-vehicles-see-details

Always improve as I said. That's why we upgraded our short and long rear harness options to now be 2 pieces.
Previously we had a short harness and our tail light adapters plugged into it. And our full harness and it could be used alone or with a tail light adapter.
Since the long rear harness essentially contained a short harness in it. We separated the two.

So now, you can get the short harness and add the long extension later. You don't need to replace anything. You just plug it in.

In turn, you can now use that long extension (19 feet long with 3 wires) in other ways as well.
Such as... To the tire carrier. You can bring one connection all the way to the switches and the tire carrier. There, you can connect to one light or use a simple harness splitter we offer to split it right there together.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...s-system-works-with-many-vehicles-see-details

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...s-system-works-with-many-vehicles-see-details

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...s-system-works-with-many-vehicles-see-details

But we went a step further with our plug n play pieces. To allow you with BIG lights, to still use your tail lights to trigger them...

How? Well, we have an adapter that can plug in between them. It accepts the signal from the tail light to trigger reverse lights. It loops back up the white wire to the engine bay to connect to a relay and then send the power back down to the rear lights on the red wire.
Doing it this way, you can still maintain your backlights signal from the tail/running lights if your lights have them. This is because it breaks the connections between the white wire on the long extension and the one coming from the tail lights. So if you have a bumper with bigger light bars. This is your plug n play solution.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...t-reverse-trigger-to-relay-spv-harness-system

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...s-system-works-with-many-vehicles-see-details

We solve another challenge.
For those who want to use their OEM fog connectors and NOT a high power AUX switch to power their lights. However, your lights may be bigger or to strong for the fog switch to handle on its own..

We created an OEM fog to relay trigger harness. So yo select this harness.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...e-connect-trigger-to-relay-spv-harness-system

Then, you find the fog adapters that match your truck "to WP 2 Pole" connectors. So, for example. The Bronco with OEM fogs NOT the Mod bumper uses H11 connectors. So you would select these-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...-pair-see-details?_pos=2&_sid=c7ba7e99c&_ss=r

If its a Mod bumper and you want to use the "Prep Connectors" you use these-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...dular-bumper-only?_pos=2&_sid=d79b56cca&_ss=r

Or if its a Raptor, you can use these-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...ns-squadron-s2-s1?_pos=1&_sid=4e4b48466&_ss=r

You would then select a relay adapter to plug into it and connect to the battery-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...s-system-works-with-many-vehicles-see-details

And from there, select any harness to plug in at the battery to bring the signal back down with high power. For example if you had 2 light bars for each side you could use a Dual harness. Or if you had a LARGE light bar in an aftermarket bumper. You could use a light bar harness. And so on. We can always help you make the right selections.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.com/collections/spv-parts-harness-system?page=1

We also came out with an add on Diode adapter. Diodes allow one way flow. We already have these built into our tail light adapters so your switch cant power your tail lights.
For those who want to do some unique things like playing with turn signals and brakes and you can't have that power flow to the other side. These can come in handy.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.com/products/add-on-one-way-diode-adapter-spv-harness-system

Video-

We also have our tap switches. We have had these a little bit, but some of you may not be familiar. So here is a run down. For lights like the Rigid Radiance of Diode SS5's that have RGBW backlights. You can easily change the colors in line with these plug in adapters.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...s-system-works-with-many-vehicles-see-details

Video-

For the Raptor guys and gals that want to combine their OEM fogs. We have the OEM fog splitters. Explained in the video below-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...-oem-fogs-combine-both-pairs-to-1-switch-pair

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...-gen-3-oem-fog-plug-n-play-conversion-harness

Video-

We also came up with a simplified option to add a switch or switches to your Bronco, Raptor, F-150, etc. Our Add a switch. Yes, its a simple red rocker switch, but it has a 10 foot cable fully loomed with our slim nano tube, with a plug n play connector for the engine bay to plug into any of our harnesses or relay adapters. There are 2 terminals that have a 15 amp fuse built in that goes to the battery. For lower powered applications, you can just use the 15 amp fuse. For higher draws, you can add our relay adapter. This keeps it plug n play!

https://specialtyperformanceparts.com/products/add-a-switch

These are just a few of our newest additions.

Let us know if anyone needs help building out anything!

It would just take some tracing. So you mean your trim level didnt have fogs? And I assume it didnt have parking sensors?
So there is no harness in the bumper?
That's a problem further back than 25.
So normally there would be wires pre run. So like the connector at the fender that normally plugs into the bumper harness. It would normally have the wire, but it doesn't.
I never had the chance to dig further, but I would say it could be done by adding a pin to the back of the headlight button (connector) that is most likely the same as all the others. And then running it to a fuse/relay. Then you could potentially swap fog/headlight switches. However, it may be more effort than its worth when you can just add a simple switch under it?
