This is what I did. Xmas tree push pins and painted the heads with touch up paint to match.

As a couple previously mentioned, I too went with the Turn Offroad. It looked the cleanest and it was a good price. Well built, and easy to follow instructions. I did powder coat mine to match the paint, and I like it. Way lighter and a much cleaner look.
Now, i just need to figure out what black plugs can be used to replace the tire bumpers...

I used the JCR Offroad kit. This shows the plastic Xmas tree plugs I painted white to close the holes left by the rubber bumper removal.

Why I will never, ever not have a spare in/on a vehicle again.

What could have been a simple tire change ended up being stranded for several hours on a hot Sunday afternoon on a remote backroad.

I used to have a Fab4 delete on my Badlands before I went with a spare. It worked well. I even had two roto X mounts with it.
