As others have mentioned its not OEM its Bestop, go to the best top site and look at their installation instructions it will show you how to get it on and if you are missing any pieces . Or go back to the person you bought it from and get your money back if you can.
I don't know that I have ever actually used that grab handle ever in any Bronco I have been in, so not an issue for me but I guess if you use it regularly then could be an issue.
I have the rough country ones and they are great, they tuck up out of the way when not in use and hide the ugly pinch welds similar to the Amp ones I got the rough country ones since they were half the cost of AMp at the time and figured would be easy to replace.

Not sure what you read previously, but I have used automotivetouchup.com for touch up and paint match paints for years for different projects from touch up pens to full color match panels and accessories. Always been a great match.
Personally I like the DV8 better the included skid plate fits to the new bumper much better than the way the stock skid plate meets up with the Fab Fours one
you have to remove the fender flare
first , then it just pops off pull the front off ( where it was covered by the fender flare) and follow it back, check out any video showing how to replace tail lights and they should show them being removed.

the jack on the bass knob or the wire itself are probably most likely culprit, if not that then check your grounds, seems like something is loose, but as others have mentioned the bass dial while convenient ( and to me worth replacing if found to be the issue) is not super durable.
No experience with Hawk I went with powerstop but had similar experience as @Valhalla clips on the rears were broke, which was preventing the pads from retracting after releasing the brakes So not sure how not having any clips is supposed to work. And surprised to see the rears wore down...
Makes perfect sense to me, if you are installing the stamped cover follow the specs that are meant for that part and hardware, if you are installing a completely different part with different hardware and its own set of specs then use those.
