@cgv , you got it to work, since you still rub would you recommend 1" instead? Do you have a lift and how wide are your tires? I'll planning to run 2.5" lift over SAS and I do have the Icon shock spacers they recommend for 37s, not excited to lose wheel travel.
So someone on this forum figured out that 0.75" gives you the optimal scrub radius (or whatever it's called) to not rub. Any more than 0.75" and I would have had to cut down or remove the oem rock rails I was running at the time and I would have rubbed the back side of the wheel well liner even more. Any less and I would have rubbed the crash bars even more.

That may be true, but in my case when I went to mount the wheel it did not feel right, like the surface was not totally flat. Maybe their are slight variances in the length of wheel studs from Ford. Beyond my knowledge.
I have found that the hub ring around the spacers are not tall enough, as they barely protrude past the champfer on the inner bore on the wheel. This makes it more difficult to make sure it is lined up properly. I wonder if that's what you were dealing with?

Maybe, but ultimately I returned the spacers and went with O offset Icons with no rubbing issues. Did it cost more than I originally wanted to spend. Hell yes, but I am happy with the new wheels. I do understand though while some owners want to keep their factory wheels.

1.2" would be the same as 0 offset, right?

Interesting, so .75" spacer or +18mm offset rim is ideal? Was it this thread? https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...atch-bronco-measure-their-scrub-radius.30683/

That's not it, but I couldn't find the thread I was thinking of.

Check this out... there's a video in this thread showing the install of 3/4" spacers along with measurements of the pockets.

Ordering the 3/4"! I'll report back how it goes. Pics from the 3/4" video, thanks all!

Those pockets definitely look deeper than the ones on the optional BL wheels. I think you should be fine with the 3/4". Install the rears first as those studs are longer for some reason.

If you install the max clearance kit can you get by with OEM SAS wheels, no spacers and 37s or are the spacers mandatory?
