We have been in the game since the Bronco was released, far from Disneyland. We have sold THOUSANDS of the strut kits, with very little (less than 1%) negative feedback. The product isn't defective, it just doesn't work for you which is unfortunate. I have asked you to contact our customer service to help resolve the issue, both here and in DM's. Even though you didn't pay anything for the product (as you mentioned), we would go out of our way to help make it right for you. Our customer service goes above and beyond what all other companies would. Call in, you'll get a human right here in Maryland to help you. It's possible we can round up a set of struts from the first generation tops that would work better for you.

We found with the new tops that a higher pressure was required due to the thicker top material. Others here have offered suggestions of how to get around the issue you are having. As I mentioned to you in a DM, the tops have wildly different adjustments coming from the Ford factory. Unfortunately we can't offer custom tailored pressure for each vehicle and customer use case.

Again, we are very sorry the product didn't work for you. I see you are a new member here, so welcome to the community. I'm sure you will find that a vast majority of members here that have had interactions with us will STRONGLY disagree with your comments about us.
I love the functionality of the struts- it makes raising the whole top and the trunk area so much easier, even if it does require some effort to slam the back down to get it to lock. I am having an interesting issue since installing the struts- within a week I developed a heck of a squeak coming from what I think is the last rear crossbar that the back window clips into. It can be intermittent and mostly happens when the front top is pushed back. Have you ever heard of this or know of a source/fix?

Personally, no. It's possible the struts added some tension to the top assy that is now showing an area that is squeaking, but shouldn't be. As I've mentioned before, I've seen these tops come from the factory with all different adjustments. Without knowing where the noise is coming from, it's hard to say what the fix might be, especially if it is intermittent.

I can 100% attest to this. I have not had any issues at all with the struts and have loved them since being installed.

I ordered some IAG door storage bags for the front and they accidentally sent me the rear bags due to a packaging mistake. Not only did they respond immediately to my message but they also refunded the money I paid for the rear bags, let me keep them, AND sent me a pair of the front door bags for free. Anytime I need something for my Bronco the first place I look is IAG. And the bags are great quality just like the struts are. Great company all around from their products to their customer service.

I understand many companies are stressed since losing foreign workers and duty free CN stuff.

I'm always happy to lend or take equity in caring high integrity companies.

It's always fun to see which aftermarket vendors back their products effortlessly like Eibach, Koni, Audison, Ford Performance, Amazon, Kenwood, Bilstein Corporate, to name a few.

I could care less with a virtually unlimited wallet the funds always flow to caring vendors with quality products and mine was Free.

It's your choice, and I will be happy to share that I received a new set of lower pressure struts that's solved the three faulty operational issues with no hassle at all:). Otherwise this subject is dead along with any intent to flow funds to IAG.

Seriously?
Not my dog, not my boot here, but seems like they've extended the olive branch and yet you still want to be the victim with thinly-veiled threats of them not having any of your "unlimited wallet", which is also an odd flex.
Not sure how you achieved "unlimited wallet" status in life if this is how you approach business.
Speaking of business, it's none of mine.
It hit me the wrong way and I'm not even the recipient.

After doing some digging, we were able to find your email. It had been flagged as spam and automatically closed by our ticketing system, but regardless, our apologies for the lack of response, as that is not how we like to do business. We do have lower-powered struts, though, as one of our employees mentioned in a prior post, we found them to be underpowered for the newer style tops. Our team is responding to your email now to get your information, and we can send out a set of lower-powered struts for you to use, though in our testing, all tops were able to be used with the new struts.

I think I see what the problem is. Could be related to a red hat you own with some IQ numbers on the side?
