This was my first thought too - huge differences as you air down in 5 psi increments. I used to be lazy and not want to air down, or just drop to about 25 so I could get up over the rocks and not spend a ton of time airing back up later. Now I drop to about 15-18 just because it's more way more comfortable, not because I need the additional traction.Airing down usually solves my trail issues.
