Mine was blended on 08/03/22 and I just checked it. It does not have the rivets on the side like that. It has the tabs and rivets on the bottom.

But you're not supposed to take it apart there! Please people do not take it apart there just to look. Your chances of breaking something are very good. I don't know why they didn't just make it all one piece.

Can somebody explain how this is different than the previous design? Can anybody share pictures of the old design?

Looks that way. Or they could be fixing them if they break during initial install. Who knows.

I'm lost - the pic appears to be the inside fully assembled....what am I missing?

The corner pieces and the rear window aren't meant to be taken apart. Anyone who goes back and watches Sean's early video will see that. At a rodeo, he confirmed to not take them apart. Yet guys do. And they break the tabs and they're pissed at Ford. It'd be like taking out the windshield and then bitching that it won't reseal. No kidding.

You only separate the corners from the side windows. Then pull the whole rear unit out. Corners fold over for storage.

That’s the TSB fix for the tabs. Makes sense it carried forward.
