Had the same issue and it won't clean off. It's worn into the screen. I put on a Spigen tempered glass protector and it hides those wear marks completely. The glass also feels a lot nicer than the plastic.

I got "theOCDplug" matte screen protector. Purchased from Stickerfab.
I left the sticker with the words on my screen until I got the OCD plug screen protector ready to put on. Highly recommend theirs!!!!

Sorry that happened to you but this is why no one but me washes my cars. I plan on getting a screen protector immediately and that might help the appearance on yours, can try and see.

Yikes. I put on a screen protector the day I brought my Bronco home. Makes me glad I did.
I still haven’t removed the factory film. The screen protector is still in the box.

If you have not gotten a screen protector yet, order one now. I did not think there were any scratches on my screen and I was wrong when I shined a flashlight directly on it while installing the one I ordered. Everywhere my finger had been touching the screen, was very light scratches. Basically permanent finger prints I could not see until I shined a flashlight on it. They completely disappeared with the screen protector.

I am the guy that never puts a screen protector on their phone because the glass is just so awesome This plastic screen is not the same. Any dust will scratch this screen.

If anyone wants a screen protector I can cut one with Xpel film (stealth, ultimate plus) for $10 plus shipping. IM me if you want one.

has anyone seen this?
after getting my Bronco detailed this happened. they used Chemical Guys Dash cleaner. but we can't see that causing it. looks like someone got a soft sandpaper and F!@#$% it with it.

can anyone see the same on their screens or am I the unlucky one?
Which product did they use? They don't offer anything called "Dash Cleaner". The reason for asking is that while most say safe for the screen not all are.

Not intended for use on navigation or touches screens.

Another consideration is with any kind of disinfectant. Hand sanitizers for instance can destroy a leather steering wheel. Might affect a screen too, not sure.
