Schedule service through Ford pass

The other day I made an appointment for my Bronco with a local dealer through the Ford pass app. Went to the dealer for that day and they did not have an appointment for me. Meanwhile I received texts reminding me of my appointment. Come to find out the text was from a Mercedes dealer in Florida but still said my local Ford dealer. I called the Mercedes dealer and they said I was the third Ford person who called there at the service area. I am now still receiving texts saying to reschedule my appointment. Myy. Local dealer is saying don't use online method, it doesn't work. Anyhow hope this helps others.

This portal is no doubt a cloud thing that hundreds of dealerships subscribe to, and somehow got misconfigured.
