Zone lighting won't work through Ford Pass.

I had a '21 Badlands and it worked just fine. Now I have a '22 Wildtrak and I can't get it to work with the app. I can only get it to turn on with the Bronco running. Won't even come on in accessory mode. Here's a pic of what the app says. Does anyone have any thoughts? Could it be because it's only around 25 degrees maybe? Thanks!

I don't know but I sure wish you could access the zone lighting with the app.
