I've got a 2024 with the 2.7. Settings keep saying there is an update available. I follow the instructions - turn off the engine and it says update will start in 2 minutes exit the vehilce and secure it. May take 38 minutes. Countdown starts and finishes but nothing happens. I've tried this over a dozen times. The update never occurs. After the first few tries I realized it was hooking up to our Guest WiFi which is only 2.4GHZ. I switched that to the faster one but still no luck. Any suggestions on how to get this to happen? WiFi signal strenght is great

Try this. Odds are, so long as it matches your OTA Update schedule, the update will come through on the trickle charger part

General Reset for Wierdness
Unplug the negative battery terminal for about 5 minutes
Reconnect the negative terminal
This reboots all the modules and computers in the Bronco
Use a trickle charger rated for AGM batteries:
Connect (+) to the (+) battery terminal
Connect (-) to either chassis ground or the side tab on the (-) battery terminal
DO NOT connect directly to the (-) battery post
The BMS system must see the charger and going directly to the (-) battery post will bypass it.
Let the battery trickle charge over night. Low battery voltage, or just the BMS thinking there is low battery voltage, can cause a lot of odd things to occur and this corrects for that possibility.
