Rust on car before delivery

My Badlands just arrived at the dealership and I saw some rust underneath it, I only took one picture unfortunately but it not the only place with it.

Is it normal?

100 normal. It’s made out of steel. Just like when you see a brand new car with rust on the rotors.

Bad batch maybe? I took mine to my dealer and they ordered new trail sights (the whole handle they are on) and Ford also reached out on here.

I'd definitely get those looked at - they shouldn't look that way. Easy to replace, but I would ask that they do so with bolts that were properly coated.

Remove and paint them, or should def be replaced under warranty. That not acceptable for those screws to be rusted.
