Rust on softtop parts

Notice this today on my ‘21 Soft top. Both rear sides of the softtop where the contraptions are to make it fold have a bunch of rust. Ive had the truck since new and just noticed this

was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, could this be covered under warranty? (I assume not)

It’s normal. Spray some rustoleum over it.
